Talent?

Many people believe in the "TALENT" Theory, that one can or cannot excellently perform a task due to their inherent talent. Sorry, but I don't belong to that group. I believe in the theory that there is no such term called talent in this world, but instead, it's the EFFORT that counts...

One will probably argue by posting a whole lot of so-called "talented" people around the world, and then expressing your frustration on things you cannot perform well, although you have spent so much time on it.

But my reason is simple: You cannot just blame yourself because of the time you spent. In fact, effort does not depend on time. It's the effort that you spend to direct your mind to perform the task correctly, to find the correct way to do it. Some people may take just hours to learn it, whilst others spend years to develop it. What you get is what you invest in your mind...

So, how could one says that he has no talent when he/she did not spend the effort to direct his/her mind in the correct way, but instead just keep on accusing on the "talent" factor? Open your mind, look into the world, challenge your thinking... At some stage, you will find your effort results in your so-called "talent". Believe me...
